1. Make sure that your receiver is connected to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Software Upgrade > Online Upgrade.
3. The receiver will start checking for updates. If an update is available, the receiver will download and install it automatically.
4. Once the update is installed, the receiver will restart.

If you are unable to update the receiver's software through the Online Upgrade method, you can try the following:

1. Download the latest firmware update from the StarSat website.
2. Unzip the firmware update file and copy it to a USB drive.
3. Insert the USB drive into the receiver.
4. Go to Menu > Settings > Software Upgrade > Local Upgrade.
5. Select the firmware update file on the USB drive and press OK.
6. The receiver will start updating the firmware. Once the update is complete, the receiver will restart.

Important:

• Do not interrupt the update process. If the update is interrupted, the receiver may become damaged.
• Make sure that the USB drive is formatted in FAT32.
